Holiday Pay? My employer calculates holiday pay on pro-rata basis over 12 weeks.?

Holiday pay is usually based on so many days per week. however when someone is part-time that may create a problem. In actuality holiday pay is ONE weeks holiday - the amount of money being paid equal the weekly average of the last 13 weeks pay.
