Where can i download a real XR Host Booter?

I have been searching and searching for a way to 'hit people offline' on Xbox 360, and i have found that if you have there ip address then you should be able to hit them offline using bots. On YouTube, video results have shown that a program called XR Host Booter may be able to do that but everytime I try it is either a virus or they dont explain how to download it correctly. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to download it correctly. Or, if there is another way to hit people offline, please tell me. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
