Dear Yahoo, i got question to ask you about losin weight i am goin to the gym 6 days a week im burn over 1300 calorie a day on the treadmill and i am eatin less what i burn on the treadmill and i am liftin weight after im done usin the treadmill..When i come home from the gym i dont eat that much at all the only thing i drink now is water am i doin anything right or wrong can u please tell me i would like to know cause i used to weigh over 200LBS now i only weight 159LBS.....
