Sweet 16 gift?

i need a unique present for my best friends 16th bday. she is a perfectionist, yet a huge procrastinator! no sports (: not really into designer things, just lives the simple life (: i only have about 20$. i was looking at personalized stuff (so cute) but all too expensive... if you know of any cheap personalization places, that would be great!
