Common electronic issues?

I'm working on a project for school. I have an ignment to research a common issue with computers (or any consumer software or electronics for that matter), formulate a 20 question survey to see just how common the issue is and provide data that can lead to a solution to resolve it. All-in-All its a rather simple project only I can't think of a good enough topic to make a survey over. So my question is what would be a good topic for this subject and what sort of questions should I ask so that I can get answers that can easily be doented and lead to a conclusion?
