What would be the most effective exercise for me to break through a plateau?

well do u lift or run or both i mean lifting whats ur routine u just need to change up ur routine if ur doing low reps high weight try more reps lesser weight but dont go more than 15reps if u weight lift i can give u good exercises tell me ur equipment if it's just runnig then..swim? run more..? idk what ur goals are either
