Why is dominos pizza allowed to discriminate against non-muslims?

If they had just added a new feature to the menu, then I’d say its market competition, but seeing as how they completely removed all pork from the menu entirely in favor or halal....it is discriminatory, but good luck getting any court to rule against Muslim friendly anything.
