Rate my diet from 1-10?

Probably 3 or 4. You are not eating a balanced diet and probably not getting enough nutrients. You should eat small meals 2-3 times a day and make sure they are balanced. Fruits are good and water is good but read the labels on the pre-packaged low-fat (?). Be sure there are no hidden sugars. Be sure you get vegetables into your diet also.
