the morning after pill forces you to get your period. since your body wasnt ready to start you period, it's a lot lighter than usual, the brown spotty discharge is menstrual blood, but the bleeding is so light, it's probably drying and turning that dried blood brown color. the stomach pain is cramps. take some midol.
