LOL Answers are user moderated. Yahoo people only get involved if their is an appeal. You are just subject to report monkeys. Its normal for controversial subjects. Read up in the help sections on how it works. It is based on influence and number of reports and what not. But anyone can report anyone else even if it is legit. I have had many legit post deleted because people didn't like my answer. Some people are just childish that way. I usually only report spammers( people who cut and paste the same text in multiple questions even when it dont apply to the question) and advertisement spam.
