Does anyone recommend a good bank to refi with?

hello I am looking to refinance and am getting nowhere with chase, I was in the final sage I needed the appraisal and that's where chase cut off! chase seems to be bullshitting me about everything! the appraisers gonna call you, never called, I'm dropping off the paper work such and such date, never happened! and giving me the run around with rehearsed lines that seem so fake since the begining what a waste of time! maybe because I'm fha I really don't know. Any fast and effecient banks anybody wants to recommend? I'm doing an Fha but I want good service.
